Here’s this week’s question:

Have you broken up with a series? If so which one and why?

I can happily say, that so far, I have not encountered a series which has not kept my attention.
Admittedly, there are some which I find more captivating than others, but there are none which have caused me to ditch them before the final word.

Does that make me easy to please?
Maybe... Maybe not...

  1. I like to think that it means you're good at picking books you know you're going to like. I haven't actually broken up with a series yet, but I'm fairly close with my choice. Have a good Friday Marilyn!

  9. You have luck finding the right books to read. I have only encounter one book (part of a series) that I had to stop reading after the second chapter.

  12. I know what you mean. It took me awhile to come up with the books I picked for this week. There are some series I don't continue after the first book, which I don't consider a break up. But very rarely do I continue and then stop!

  14. I couldn't think of a series that I have broken up with, but once reading people's answers I did read The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and didn't bother with the consecutive books in the series, so I suppose that counts as a breakup LOL
