Here’s this week’s question:
Have you broken up with a series? If so which one and why?
I can happily say, that so far, I have not encountered a series which has not kept my attention.
Admittedly, there are some which I find more captivating than others, but there are none which have caused me to ditch them before the final word.
Does that make me easy to please?
Maybe... Maybe not...

I like to think that it means you're good at picking books you know you're going to like. I haven't actually broken up with a series yet, but I'm fairly close with my choice. Have a good Friday Marilyn!

You have luck finding the right books to read. I have only encounter one book (part of a series) that I had to stop reading after the second chapter.

I know what you mean. It took me awhile to come up with the books I picked for this week. There are some series I don't continue after the first book, which I don't consider a break up. But very rarely do I continue and then stop!

That's good. I hadn't broken up with any book until I decided to read The Vampire Diaries.

I couldn't think of a series that I have broken up with, but once reading people's answers I did read The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and didn't bother with the consecutive books in the series, so I suppose that counts as a breakup LOL

ReplyDeleteIf possible I prefer to finish a series. There are only a couple I couldn't finish. I am a new follower
